For enquiries that are ready for a price
Travel agency quotations your customer can accept online
Price the trip line by line, share it on WhatsApp or by email, and let the customer sign on screen. The accepted quotation becomes the booking and invoice, so nobody types it again.
Priced line by line
Land, flights and insurance, priced per pax.
Easy to share
A web link and PDF, on WhatsApp or by email.
Accepted online
Signed online, then booked and invoiced.
Quotations take long to prepare and longer to chase
“Quotation dah hantar ke belum?”
The consultant copies last month's Word file, changes the dates, saves a PDF and sends it on WhatsApp. When the customer finally says OK, someone types the same trip into the booking and again into the invoice.
What usually goes wrong
If one simple answer needs five WhatsApp messages and three Excel files, it is costing you more than you think.
Old file, wrong details
Last trip's price or dates slip through when a Word file is reused.
No idea if it was opened
The PDF sits in a WhatsApp chat, and nobody knows if the customer read it.
Typed twice after yes
The booking and invoice are rebuilt by hand from the PDF.

Next step
Customer signs online
The booking and invoice are created from these lines.
From the first price to a confirmed booking
The quotation stays linked to the enquiry before it and the booking after it, so the details only go in once.
Start from the enquiry
Create the quotation from the lead. Destination, travel dates, number of pax and the sales agent carry over, and the lead moves to proposal sent.
Price it the way you cost it
Add lines with quantity, unit price and pax. Link a line to your package and departure where you have one.
Share a page, not only a file
The customer gets a web page with the itinerary, your terms and your brochure, plus a PDF. Send it on WhatsApp or by email from WauHub.
Know when it is opened
The status changes to viewed the first time the customer opens the link, and your team gets a notification.
Signed, then booked
The customer signs on screen, or asks for changes from the same page. An accepted quotation creates a confirmed booking and an open invoice with the same lines, and the lead is marked won.
Sending a quotation, before and after
Most quotations are still Word files and WhatsApp messages. Here is the same job in WauHub.
| Task | WhatsApp and spreadsheets | With WauHub |
|---|---|---|
| Preparing the quotation | Copy an old Word file and edit it. | Start from the lead, with dates and pax filled in. |
| Sending it | A PDF dropped into the WhatsApp chat. | A web link and PDF, on WhatsApp or by email. |
| Knowing if it was read | Message the customer and ask. | The status shows viewed, with a notification to your team. |
| The customer says yes | "OK, proceed" somewhere in the chat. | A signature on the quotation, with the date and time signed. |
| Booking and invoice | Typed again from the PDF. | Created from the accepted quotation in one step. |
Quotations for the way Malaysians book trips
Customers ask on WhatsApp, compare a few agencies, and reply once the family agrees. WauHub keeps the quotation easy to share and easy to say yes to.
What this means in daily work
- Share the quotation link on WhatsApp in one tap, with the validity date in the message.
- Quote overseas customers in a supported foreign currency, with the exchange rate to RM recorded.
- Each line carries its e-Invoice classification code into the invoice, ready for MyInvois once your account is connected.
- Set your standard terms and conditions once, and every new quotation starts with them.

Questions agency owners ask us
Straight answers before you change how your team works.
Can the customer accept the quotation online?
Yes. The customer opens the link, reads the itinerary and terms, and signs on screen. WauHub records the signature and the time it was signed, then creates the booking and invoice.
What if the customer wants changes?
The customer can request changes from the same page. Your team is emailed straight away and the quotation is marked revised. Update it and share it again.
Can I add SST or a deposit on the quotation?
The quotation shows the trip price. Deposits, instalments and SST are handled on the invoice that WauHub creates when the customer accepts.
Can I quote in USD or another currency?
Yes. Choose a supported foreign currency and enter the exchange rate to RM. The currency and rate carry through to the invoice.
What happens after the valid-until date?
Each quotation has a valid-until date. Once it has passed, the customer's page shows that the quotation has expired.
What connects to your quotations
A quotation sits between the enquiry and the invoice. These modules cover the steps on either side.
Leads and follow-up
Add enquiries to one list and give each one an owner.
Bookings and passengers
Prepare passenger details, rooms and documents once the trip is confirmed.
Invoices and payments
Collect the deposit and balance on the invoice created from the quotation.
Sales agents
Keep the agent who brought the customer on the quotation, booking and invoice.
Send your next quotation from WauHub
Bring a real enquiry to the demo. We will build the quotation with you and show you what your customer sees.
